With the development of power grid,XLPE cable has been widely applied,because of the advantages of laying in underground,running reliability and so on.The power cable as the main equipment of the transmission system,it plays a important role in the transmission of electric energy and relates to the safety and stability of the power grid.So,it is important to evaluate the state of the power cable,and we can make corresponding maintenance plan,according to the results of power cable status evaluation,at the same time,we can save a lot of human resources,material resources and financial resources.According to the characteristics of power cable and On-line Monitoring technique,this paper from on-line monitoring,off-line detection,equipment information and daily inspection information four aspects selects 12 state evaluation indexs,establishes state evaluation index system of power cable,and analyzes the comprehensive evaluation of power cable.Some of them are quantitative index and some of them are qualitative index,we should classify them.For quantitative information,we should standard and normalize the data information,and then substitute fuzzy membership function.For the descriptive quantitative index,we should score them first and then substitute fuzzy membership function.The influence of each index on the state of the power cable is different.So,we should decide the weight of index,after the evaluation index system is established.In this paper we use analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight theory to determine the weight of each index.Then we use the theory of radar chart method and fuzzy catastrophe progression method,obtain the state of power cable,compared the consistency between the two algorithms proved the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.The evaluation results can correctly reflect the current operating state of the cable line,and provide reliable guidance and basis for the maintenance and repair of power cable equipment.
