| The safety of hydraulic engineering concerns the national economy and people’s livelihood,safety evaluation of hydraulic structures is the basis for managers to make decisions and maintain.Aiming at the complexity of safety evaluation factors for hydraulic structures,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for safety status of sluices based on combination membership function and combination weighting on the basis of conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.There are many factors affecting the safety status of sluices.Generally,the safety evaluation of sluices mainly includes sluice chamber,sluice gate,hoist,electromechanical equipment and water retaining structures related to the safety of sluice projects,etc.It should be determined comprehensively according to the site engineering situation,problems existing in management and operation and specific conditions.When calculating the membership degree in the conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a kind of membership function is usually used to calculate the membership degree separately.Because when choosing the membership function,most of the membership functions are selected subjectively by people,and when the detection data of the evaluation factors change slightly or the way of safety grade division is different,the single membership function can be used to calculate the membership degree.It can produce abnormal mutation and affect the final evaluation results.Therefore,this paper uses the method of optimum combination membership function to calculate the membership degree.Based on the principle of variance covariance method,the optimal combination membership function is constructed by triangular distribution,normal distribution and ridge distribution.Considering that subjective empowerment has strong subjective judgment of decision-makers,while objective empowerment ignores the experience and knowledge summary of decision-makers,this paper calculates the weights of three-level evaluation objectives in the form of combination empowerment of ordinal relationship analysis method and grey relational degree method.According to the evaluation system,taking the test data of a sluice as an example,the main evaluation factors that accord with the actual detection situation of the sluice are established: gate,hoist,pier,breast wall and frame beam.Through an engineering example,the membership degree calculated by the combined membership function of each safety grade in the sluice evaluation factor is obviously better than that calculated by the single membership function,which shows that the evaluation model adopted is reasonable and feasible.Based on the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the actual situation of Engineering inspection,this paper establishes a safety state evaluation model for sluice,and evaluates the safety state of sluice comprehensively.It provides a basis for decision-making and management departments to accurately grasp the safety state of sluice and carry out economic and reasonable maintenance and management. |
