In recent years,with the economic Chinese switched from rapid growth to steady growth in China from the angle of strategy of national development of safe and efficient development of nuclear power in accordance with the "long-term nuclear power development plan(2011-2020)" and "energy development strategy action plan(2014-2020)" and other public documents show that by 2020,nuclear power installed capacity 58 million kilowatts,30 million kilowatts under construction scale,power generation accounted for from the current 2% to 4%.Nuclear power installed capacity is expected to reach 1.2-1.5 million kilowatts in 2030,the proportion of nuclear power generation increased to 8%-10%."13th Five-Year" during the year will start 5-6 nuclear power generating units.This involves the upstream and downstream enterprises of nuclear power projects will be a huge challenge.To meet these challenges,enterprises need to pay more attention to nuclear power project management in all aspects of the process,and document management is a key link in the project management,it is an important way to solve the asymmetric information and communication in the process of project management,the project quality control and risk management,management of technical specification plays a very important role.Document management work of the project throughout the domestic enterprises,most of the existence of the project document management is not standardized,not a mature enterprise document management standard,document transfer and final acceptance of the lack of quality control procedures.These problems seriously restrict the progress of project management,quality control and technical management.At present,some of the advanced projects in the management of project documents have been the project documents as an important part of the project management and the starting point.Through the standardization,standardization and systematization of the project document management,it is necessary to carry out effective control to improve the ability of enterprise project management.Firstly,through literature research methods of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the project management and project management document theory and application research,elaborated the project management and the core idea of management of project documents and specific measures.By using the methods of survey and analysis,conducted in-depth analysis of the status of the project,project preparation,project progress,project quality,project acceptance document management five aspects of project of S company's document management and the existing problems,and puts forward the necessity of the optimization of the document management method of S company's existing engineering project.Starting from the actual situation of S company,according to the life cycle management method of engineering project document theory to establish the project document management optimization framework and introduce the distributed network of nuclear power plant service project document management system based on the theory of optimization framework is realized by the system on the basis of.S company is a three generation nuclear power operation service enterprise,which is dedicated to digestion,absorption and re innovation.The optimization of the project document management will enhance the ability of S company in the project management,improve the efficiency of the project management and the quality of the project,and effectively reduce the cost of the project implementation.To provide technical services to meet the needs of customers and the market,and the formation of enterprise technology services brand effect,expand market share,provide strong support for the development of enterprises.
