Research On Improvement Measures Of Contractor Document Management Of Haiyang Nuclear Power Project

Haiyang nuclear power is one of the world's first AP1000 nuclear power projects.Since there is no mature experience to draw lessons from,there are a large amount of design changes which caused the frequent update of versions of contractor documents,thus produced a large number of contractor's documents.Haiyang SPMO IMS&DC Department was lack of management experience on contractor's documents,besides the document management system is not perfect,which also directly caused the poor quality of contractor's documents and other problems.The thesis based on the characteristics of contractor documents of AP1000 Haiyang nuclear power project,analyzed the problems of contractor documents' management faced by Haiyang nuclear power project through taking the collected data,management procedures,the national standards and regulations a s the basis as well as using the method of literature research and data statistics,data analysis,trend chart,histogram.Survey shows that the main problems of present AP1000 contractor documents management are: the low accuracy of AP1000 coding number;the overlong review period of contractor documents;and the low close rate of the contractor letter.Through the application of fishbone diagram and statistical analysis method,the thesis analyzed and concluded the root causes of the above problems.According to the Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle,this paper designs the improvement schemes to improve the quality of the contractor document management for its efficient and smooth to operation.Through upgrading the AP1000 Site Coding Procedure,fixating rules of encoding,enhancing training for document control personnel and contractor documents' preparer as well as improving the inspection mechanism to solve the problem of low accuracy of AP1000 contractor documents' coding number;Through improving the quality of the preparation of contractor documents,perfecting work procedures and improving working methods to solve the problem of low efficiency of the contractor documents' processing.Through changing the string-review method of paper documents,reducing some redundant steps of review and signing,and establishing tracking and supervision mechanism to solve the problem of overlong review period of contractor documents.Through establishing the contractor letters' tracking mechanism as well as the letter close rate assessment mechanism,establishing letter-tracking mechanism,enhancing contractors' management of letter-tracking to solve the problem of low close rate of contractor letters'.At last,this paper evaluates the improvement measures of the contractor documents management by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and carries out the improvement schemes.By comparing and analyzing the data collected after the improved scheme with the previous one,it shows that the improved research and practice have achieved satisfactory results,as well as satisfied the requirements of front-end document control management.The research results of this thesis made certain reference significance for the follow-up AP1000 project document control management.
