High power pulse is widely used in the ignition unit of aerospace and weapon systems,and the generation of high power pulse depends on pulsed power technology.The pulsed power technology includes energy storage phase,switching pulse formation stage and pulse load discharge stage.In the common function conversion stage,the traditional winding single ended flyback converter is used to realize the boost conversion process from low voltage to high voltage.But the winding transformer has many defects,such as electromagnetic interference and large volume.Therefore,the piezoelectric transformer is selected as the step-up unit in the functional transformation instead of the single ended flyback converter to realize the energy storage link in the pulse power technology.This dissertation mainly focuses on the design of piezoelectric transformer circuits under capacitive loads.By modeling and analyzing the piezoelectric transformer under the specific conditions of capacitive load,the system circuit is constructed by deriving the equivalent lumped parameter model.When building the topology of the system,the appropriate circuit structure is selected and the circuit scheme suitable for capacitive load is designed from the aspects of inverter,filter,voltage doubling,rectification and so on,and the experimental test and analysis are carried out.At the same time,in order to ensure the stable output voltage of the piezoelectric transformer,the control strategy of the burst mode is controlled and analyzed,and the method of fast closing and conducting the piezoelectric transformer is obtained.Finally,according to the built system circuit,the charging test of capacitive load is completed.Experiments show that the design results basically meet the design requirements.
