Research On R&D And Quality Management Of Urban Rail Signal System Of GD Company

With the rapid development of urbanization,The demand for urban rail signal system is increasing rapidly.In order to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of urban rail transit the quality?reliability and safety of urban rail signal system should be increased.The requirements for the important technical equipment ensuring safety of urban rail transit operation must be very strict in safety.Implementation of security indicators is the key to ensure the quality of the urban rail signal system.So the especial demand of R&D quality management is proposed.How to improve R&D quality management system to be capable for urban rail signal system is an urgent problem in the company.The target of this paper is to improve R&D quality management system according to the features of rail transit signal system,and improve the security capability of the urban rail signal system by analyzing the problems in the GD company‘R&D quality management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the quality management and functional safety management theory.The connotation and development of quality?related concepts and development of functional safety are introduced in this paper.The relationship between quality management and functional safety management is also analyzed.Then,some problems are found in process,organization and R&D platform by comparison with IEC62278,IEC62279 and IEC62425.At last,some improvement solutions in process,organization and R&D platform are proposed.These improvement solutions are used to guide R&D quality management and improve R&D ability of safety related products in GD Company.The object surveyed in this paper is GD Company.Although the existed general R&D management is fairly complete,it can't be satisfied with urban rail signal system.According to especial demands of safety urban rail signal system,the R&D quality management for s safety urban rail signal system takes shape by setting up safety related products R&D process,building appropriate organization,improving R&D platform.
