Risk Management For The Entire Life Cycle Of The Development Of KM Rail Transit Vehicle Test Equipment

With the rapid development of rail transportation in recent years,the demand for vehicle testing equipment is also increasing.But because of the difficulty of the whole vehicle test equipment,the non-standard customization is strong,and there is no relevant experience in the world.Therefore,it will face more risks and challenges during the implementation of the project construction.This paper based on the risk characteristics and cycle characteristics of project KM rail transit vehicle test equipment construction project whole life are analyzed,describes the test equipment of risk identification,risk assessment and common measurement and risk control methods and theories.And the application of different methods of implementation of the project life-cycle,namely technical design stage,purchasing and manufacturing stage,testing stage,installation and delivery operation stage of the risk identification,risk assessment and risk control measure,put forward the corresponding prevention measures and methods.And focuses on the use of flow table decomposition method for the design phase of risk identification,evaluation,the use of AHP analysis of the technical design stage of the risk factors of the focus of quantitative analysis.Application of critical BOM to risk identification and evaluation of purchasing and manufacturing phases,using flow chart decomposition method and inspection method of installation and testing phases of risk recognition and evaluation,application and inspection method of use the delivery of the operational phase of the risk identification assessment.At the end of each stage of the risk identification and assessment of the summary,and put forward the corresponding risk control methods and measures of the main risks in different stages of the project risk management practice,it has good effect and positive role in the KM rail transit vehicle test equipment project.
