As towards large-scale gantry crane at home and abroad and development direction of lightweight,weight requirements for gantry crane and dynamic performance requirements also more and more high,which is the core component of gantry crane girder,have important influence on the performance of the crane.Based on the 320 t gantry crane as research object,established dynamic mathematical model of gantry crane,analysis and the operating mode selection,girder crane rigidity intensity,the hoisting tools and state analysis and study of parameter optimization of crane girder,mainly includes the following aspects:First introduces gantry crane structure parameters and crane parts firm legs,soft legs and structural parameters of the girder.Established the dynamic mathematical model of the gantry crane,crane is established with energy method of kinetic energy,potential energy and energy dissipation equation expression,with the help of Lagrange's equation of gantry crane system vibration differential equation is deduced.Second of the finite element method respectively to study the car is located in the middle of main girder,first leg side and soft leg side stress points of each working condition of the static load test of the scene simulation of the crane.By finite element method analysis of lifting tools and state the crane before six order natural frequency and vibration mode,in order to determine the mechanism of excitation frequency range and prevent the occurrence of resonance phenomenon to provide the basis.Finally,ANSYS optimization module analysis method,the optimization model and structure of the main girder structure,to alleviate the weight of main girder as the goal,the parameters of the main girder structure optimization.Before and after optimization of main girder stiffness nephogram and vibration frequencies of comparison shows that the optimized girder weight,ensure the strength of main girder,saving materials,shorten the production cycle,to satisfy the requirements of the crane.
