In recent years,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the transportation speed of logistics is getting faster and faster.As one of the indispensable links in smart logistics,warehousing has gradually become a link that must be considered in the development of enterprises.At present,the well-developed warehousing in China is mainly concentrated in large-scale enterprises and developed areas of the city,and it is mainly based on large-scale logistics centers and large-scale production warehousing.There is no reasonable response to the storage needs of some small and medium-sized enterprises.And most of the traditional warehousing covers a large area,the construction cost is relatively high,and it lacks intelligent development and reasonable planning.This article aims at the storage needs of a small and medium-sized enterprise,and establishes integrated storage equipment to meet the storage needs of the enterprise itself.First,conduct a detailed investigation on the development of existing intelligent warehousing and put forward the problems of warehousing development of small and medium-sized enterprises;aiming at the use of existing warehousing by target users,from the perspective of user needs,through a series of interviews and research,understand intelligent warehousing The use of the process,to obtain the corresponding storage needs,extract and organize user needs.Use the fast functional analysis method to analyze the reasonable functions of intelligent storage equipment,draw functional system diagrams,and establish a matrix of product functional element solutions.Apply quantitative theory ? to build a model of the relationship between functional design categories of intelligent storage equipment and storage requirements,thereby obtaining partial correlation coefficients and contribution values,and then to obtain the impact of different storage requirements on functional modules and obtain the most suitable functional element solution Program.The scheme of storage equipment is rationally divided by means of module division,and module integration is carried out from two aspects of space and function.Finally,for the integrated solution,Li Ying completed the design practice and verification by means of 3D modeling and product design.This paper proposes a design scheme of intelligent warehousing based on module integration technology,and takes the needs of an enterprise as an example to verify the rationality of the process and establish an intelligent warehousing that meets the enterprise's storage needs.Provide sample cases for different enterprises to establish warehousing that suits their functional needs.
