The Construction And Space Design Of The Old-fashioned Rural Tourism Complex

Against the backdrop of population ageing and the increasingly segmented rural tourism in China,this paper proposes the "Rural Tourism Complex for Elders" in line with the cross-industry integration and segmentation of both elderly care and tourism,restructuring the "rural tourism complex" brought by the economical model of "rural island circle space".This paper aims to,from the angle of the ageing China,put forward the relevant concept and theoretical framework via isomorphic deduction,and then carries out strategic analysis and exploration on the spatial construction,planning and design of the concept,providing some reference to the future integration of tourism and elderly care in rural areas.Through methods like literature review,field research,case study and comprehensive disciplinary analysis,this paper determines the following structure.In chapter one,this paper makes clear of the status quo of population ageing and rural tourism in China,and sorts out the market trend.In chapter two,this paper explains and analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of rural tourism and elderly care,providing evidence for isomorphic deduction on the theoretical framework of "Rural Tourism Complex for Elders".In chapter three,this paper,based on the theoretical relations from the previous chapter,tries to explain the concept of the Complex,as well as illustrate and analyze the essential features,development patterns,development types,components,development conditions and basic theoretical foundations of it.In chapter four,this paper conducts basic research and analysis on the spatial construction and design of the Complex from the perspective of Ekistics.In chapter five,this paper illustrates the design procedures and methods for the spatial organization of the Complex.In chapter six,this paper tries to carry out strategic design,exploration and analysis on the actual case of Tianlai village.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion to provide some inspiration and reference for related follow-up research.As an innovation,this paper tries to illustrate and construct the concept of "Rural Tourism Complex for Elders" via isomorphic deduction,analyzes the spatial construction of it via Ekistics,points out that the Complex is a "human settlement complex" in nature,and analyzes the actual case of Tianlai village,providing some reference for the future integration trend of rural tourism and elderly care.
