Research On Beidaihe Village Planning And Design Based On The Exploration Of The Art Rural Complex Model

In the rapid urbanization process of China in the past 20 years,a large number of villages are facing unprecedented impact.Hollow villages abound in China,while the suburban villages are facing the trend of being surrounded and submerged by new urban areas.In the course of several large-scale rural construction,there are many problems,such as the deficiency of rural construction theory,the neglect of the main status of villagers,the imbalance of natural ecology,the decline of traditional culture and sustainable development.Facing the complex rural social and economic conditions,it is urgent to explore the methods and ways of rural revitalization.Beidaihe village is a traditional village with a history of nearly a thousand years.In the construction of beautiful villages in 2015,we first proposed to introduce the art industry as a new driving force for rural development,and tried new development approaches for rural construction by means of art intervention in villages,combined with the requirements of the country on the construction of rural complex.In the process of Beidaihe art village from its establishment to becoming a well-known rural tourism destination in the region,the participation subject,the participation mechanism of villagers,the village industry,local culture and the rural tourism service system are exposed.In this process,we realized that art should not only stay at the value level as a means,but also the art courtyard should not be separated from the overall isolated development of the countryside.Instead,it should serve as an industrial carrier to bond agriculture to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of the villages and provide endogenous power for the rural construction and development.This paper tries to explore the construction strategy of Beidaihe village art pastoral complex mode from six perspectives,including optimizing the organizational structure of planning,inheriting the rural culture and traditional spirit,diversifying the development of agriculture to promote the industrial transformation of villages,protecting the background of rural ecology to improve the quality of tourism environment,and improving the service facilities system of residence and travel sharing.The goal is to build a rural production andliving ecological space integrating culture,agriculture and tourism,maker,crowdfunding,Internet + and other elements,and balance the interests and responsibilities of multiple subjects,so that villagers can fully participate in and benefit,and promote the integrated development of rural diversified industries.
