| As a big agricultural country,agricultural safety is very important to China.Developing agricultural modernization is the inevitable trend of future agriculture.To realize agricultural modernization and agricultural mechanization,the intellectualization of tractors is the key.Because the working environment of tractors is bad and the working hours are long,it is easy to cause driver’s occupational diseases.Therefore,it is very necessary to automate the driving of tractors.This is the case.In the tractor driving automation,the tractor steering system is one of the most frequent mechanisms in the tractor operation.Its performance is related to the driver’s sense of operation and driving stability.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to develop a set of hydraulic steering system suitable for tractor automatic driving,and to establish a foundation for the development of agricultural machinery intelligence.The main work of this paper includes the following four aspects:(1)Introduces two common hydraulic steering systems of tractors,namely mechanical-assisted hydraulic steering system and full hydraulic steering system.On this basis,the overall design scheme of automatic driving hydraulic steering system is determined,and the hydraulic components are selected reasonably.(2)Integrated design of hydraulic components is to install hydraulic components in multi-circuit together on a valve block,and through processing channels inside the valve block,the oil circuits of relevant hydraulic components can be communicated,greatly reducing the connection and sealing of external pipelines of the system,making the overall size small,compact layout,reducing leakage,installation and lifting convenient.(3)Modeling and simulation analysis of the hydraulic steering system based on AMESim software.Preliminary tuning of its parameters,detailed analysis of the function and performance of the hydraulic system,verify that the steering system can achieve the desired design objectives,and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent experimental research.(4)The bench test of autopilot hydraulic steering system has been completed.First,the steering test bench is designed,and then the test bench is built.Then the hydraulic steering system is tested on the bench.The feasibility and response stability of the hydraulic system are verified.The test results show that the hydraulic steering system meets the design requirements. |
