| With the development of modern equipment manufacturing industry,hydraulic systems are becoming more and more common using hydraulic integrated blocks to connect each part.The use of integrated block connections can reduce the internal oil connections and the addition of other accessories.At the same time,the integrated block has compact structure,small vibration,convenient installation and maintenance,and promotes the integration and standardization of hydraulic system.First,because of the complexity of the hydraulic manifold block,the traditional method is difficult,inefficient and of low quality to design HMB.Therefore,the research on the design method of hydraulic manifold blocks and the development of corresponding systems become a top priority.Secondly,the current 3D aided design technology can’t fully participate in the core of the design of the integrated block,and the effect of reducing the work intensity and efficiency of the designer is not significant.The main research work of this paper is combined with the practical application of engineering,which aims to make use of modern theoretical methods and techniques based on knowledge to achieve high efficiency and quality of the design of hydraulic integrated blocks.By drawing on the relevant design experience of the enterprise engineers,the experience knowledge of the layout of hydraulic components is summed up systematically.According to the standard of component samples and hydraulic components and the design specification of the hydraulic integrated block,the model of the object relation(connection)of the hydraulic components is created,and the component layout based on the combination of rules and decision trees is put forward.On this basis,the virtual graph is used to transform complex hydraulic components into virtual drawings and retain basic information.By means of the decision tree method,the hydraulic components are combined with the actual engineering experience knowledge,and the core components of all components are selected to realize the intelligent decision of the installation surface and position of the hydraulic components.The connecting relationship between the oil paths in the hydraulic manifold block is transformed into a simple two oil holes connection,and a mathematical model of two oil holes is used to determine whether the process holes are added and the pore size and depth of the process holes are calculated.Finally,about checking system of the integration block,including the oil path and off check,interference checking of element shape and checking the hole wall thickness.The form interference check is carried out by the bounding box method.According to the actual situation of the design results,the volume reduction is carried out,and the design of the HMB is completed.According to the above technology and theory,a set of hydraulic manifold block aided design system is developed,which makes design more datamation and intelligent.With the SolidWorks platform and the object-oriented advanced programming language VB.net,the hydraulic integrated block design prototype system with high intelligence is developed,including the component layout module,the internal oil circuit module,the checking module and the assembly module.Combined with SQL Server database,a virtual drawing and hydraulic component model database is created,and form an intelligent integrated block aided design system.Combining the actual engineering case of a typical hydraulic integrated system,the design results meet the needs of the actual engineering,and the theoretical method and the practical application of this system have been fully verified. |
