Based On User Mental Models Of The Mobile Terminal Interface Interaction Design Research

The mental model is a collection of internal factors such as motivation,thought process,emotion and demand,which is the user's criterion for product evaluation.If the product's functional requirements conform to the user's mental model,the product will have a good user experience.Instead,the product's functional requirements violate the user's mental model,making the user experience worse.Current interface interaction design research mainly through interviews,questionnaires,context modeling methods such as building user mental models,and then according to user's mental model to carry on the design expression,this way you can build the user macro mental models,but for the user interaction habits,such as interactive cognitive micro mental model is difficult to build quantitative,this creates an interface interaction design is accomplished very hard to cater to the user mental models,user experience bad consequences.Taking guizhou province non-material cultural heritage demonstrated application system as an example,the mental models building user macro and micro mental model,and then according to user's mental model for system design.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:(1)for a particular user's mental model building method research,through the semantic analysis of cognitive experiment building user macro mental model,get the user needs,emotions,and be fond of and so on macroscopic knowledge.Through the eye movement cognitive experiment microscopic mental models,building user get user micro cognitive habits such as: eye movement trajectory,focus,focus on time and so on knowledge.(2)the study of the cognitive experiment method based on eye movement data,the main research through the act of eye movement instrument building user mental models of the process and method of design interface interaction eye movement experiment and analysis of data.Be fond of of quantitative user behaviour on the eye movement data,preference,concerns data,quantitative mining depth user interaction behavior,make the user interface be innovated design better matching hidden behavior.(3)the design expression method based on user mental models of research and application of mental model research key point is according to the mental model to carry on the design expression,the closer the design model and user mental models,design result is more close to success.This paper presents an explicit transformation model of the implicit elements in interface design.Combine the user's mental model with the terminal interface interaction design model.
