With the development of human-robot interaction technology,industrial robots have been widely used in various fields.Firefighting robots,as a kind of special robots,have gained significant rise in the rescue of fires,reducing property damage and human casualties.Due to its high complexity and high integration,the user needs to process and feedback more information,which increases the cognitive load and interaction difficulty and brings negative impact to the user experience.How to present interface information scientifically,design human-computer interaction rationally and improve user experience has become the focus and difficulty of interactive system design.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project,the thesis takes the firefighting robot interaction system as the research object and carries out design research from the perspective of user experienceFirstly,This thesis Explores user experience and usability theory,then composes and analyzes the existing fire robot interaction system and its features,and analyzes the PACT elements of the fire robot interaction system,builds an experience map on this basis,refines user needs,analyzes user needs with weights through hierarchical analysis,and builds user experience goals.Secondly,the product positioning and design principles and strategies of the fire-fighting robot interactive system were proposed,and the functional definition of the fire-fighting robot interactive system was carried out based on the induction and derivation of the user experience objectives.Finally,based on the research results,the hardware interaction system and software interaction system of the firefighting robot were designed,and the eye-movement evaluation experiment into and the overall scheme evaluation were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the optimized design scheme.The user experience theory is applied to the design of the fire robot interaction system,and the user experience requirements and objectives of the fire robot interaction system are analyzed in depth,and the design practice of the fire robot interaction system is carried out on this basis.The research results provide design ideas and methods for the experience presentation form of the fire robot interactive system,and provide theoretical support for the future design and optimization.
