With the continuous progress of modern automotive technology,automotive body electronic control system has become the main component of automotive control system.The degree of automation determines the value of the car,but also directly affects the power of the car,economy,safety,comfort and other aspects of performance.The level of vehicle body control technology has long been an important sign of measuring the advanced level of automobiles.At present,the competition of main automobile companies is the competition of vehicle electronic control technology.Body Control Model(BCM)is a kind of control system to realize the individuation,comfort,convenience and some safety of the body electrical appliances.It mainly includes theft-proof,indoor and outdoor lighting control,electric doors and windows,intermittent water hanging,central lock control and so on.Besides,the body control system should also have the function of network management.At present,the electronic level of most commercial vehicles in China is relatively low,and few controllers adopt decentralized control system.Only a few domestic vehicles adopt foreign centralized body control system.The BCM for commercial vehicles is developed for the requirements of electronic control operation and fault diagnosis of commercial vehicles-Trucks in this paper.The system uses the electronic control unit to replace the original switch,insurance,relay and so on,and realizes the intelligent control of lighting,wiper,door lock,door and window components.In order to improve and promote the level of domestic commercial vehicle body control system,starting from the basic logic principle of the body control system and combining with the requirements of commercial vehicle for the body control system,this paper designs the hardware and external interface of the controller suitable for the formal batch loading of the vehicle,and at the same time formulates the control logic suitable for the commercial vehicle to complete the production.Product development.This article mainly explains from the following aspects:1.The overall design of vehicle body controller.Through the scheme analysis and function requirement analysis of the body control system,the technical route and development goal are provided for the subject design.2.Commercial vehicle body controller design and development.According to the characteristics of commercial vehicles,the circuit schematic diagram of body controller and the definition of hardware I / O interface are given,and the control logic of each function is defined according to the relevant laws,regulations and national standards of commercial vehicles.3.Vehicle body controller test and verification.Finally,the body controller sample is tested on the bench and the actual vehicle.The correctness of the body controller's logic is verified through testing.By analyzing the problems encountered in real vehicle testing,feasible improvement measures are put forward.The research results of this paper meet the requirements of commercial vehicle electrical equipment control,and have been applied and verified in the test model,which has a strong display significance.
