The temperature of the axle of the rail transit train,one of the components carrying the body,will rise as a result of the operation under the influence of the external environment.If the axle fails and is not handled in a short time,the accident of burning axle will occur,so the real-time monitoring of axle temperature is particularly important.In the past,infrared axle temperature monitoring or vehicle-mounted axle temperature monitoring system was used to monitor axle temperature.If there is a false alarm of infrared axle temperature or the failure of the axle temperature monitoring system of the train itself,the train needs to stop and check,so it cannot run normally in a short time.Therefore,an emergency portable wireless axle temperature monitoring system is designed to ensure the safe operation of rail transit trains.This paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of infrared axle temperature monitoring system,and study the characteristics of a variety of wireless communication,ZigBee platform is proposed based on the axle temperature monitoring system.According to the actual operation environment outside the train and the need of axle temperature monitoring,the star network topology is selected.The lower computer uses a coordinator node and a number of axle temperature acquisition terminals,and uses the enhanced 8051 core CC250F256 as the main control chip.The axle temperature acquisition terminal selects the digital temperature sensor QT18B20 to collect the temperature data and send it to the coordinator by wireless way.After the coordinator receives the temperature,it decides whether to trigger the buzzer alarm,and sends the temperature data to the upper computer through serial communication.The two nodes use the same voltage conversion chip,the coordinator node uses USB interface to supply power;and the terminal node uses battery power supply.The lower computer part is based on C language and compiles and burns programs in IAR Embedded Workbench.The upper computer software is based on C++ language.The interface is compiled on MFC platform in Visual Studio2010.The database software Access 2010 is connected by ADO mode.The real-time numerical monitoring,real-time image monitoring,real-time alarm and storage of historical data are realized.
