Focus on the traditional methods for manual patrol records, a pressure gauge circuit which can collect pressure data in real time was designed, it mainly consists of three parts---pressure capture display send, cloud server data storage and mobile terminal display, productivity and automation levels was increased.Pressure collection shows that the transmitter contains the host and the machine part, the host is based on the PIC 18 type monolithic microcomputer pressure gathering display part, the output voltage signal of the diffused silicon pressure sensor based on single-chip microcomputer,after the internal processing unit was converted into a pressure signal,it can be displayed in real-time on the LCD. Due to the existence of environmental objective factors, so in the signal processing, it was necessary to increase the temperature compensation coefficient to amend, it was helpful to improve the reliability and accuracy of pressure gauges.Receiving pressure data from host via serial port and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) wireless module,it can transfer data over a 2G network to a cloud server and store it in a MySQL database on a cloud server.Android phones get data from the database on the cloud server via the network,design a software based on the Android system, which can show the data as a chart.The main characteristic of the pressure gauge circuit design is to design the algorithm of the pressure signal. First of all, the curve was divided into several straight lines by look-up table method. Second,do the software filtering, the slope of the straight line is corrected by adding a certain temperature compensation coefficient,so that enhancing the stability and reliability of the pressure signal output. Test results show: pressure measurement accuracy up to 0.2% with a good linearity.
