The voltage reactive level of the distribution network plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the power system and ensures the good power quality of the power users.The high-quality voltage and reactive power level depends on the precise control technology.The traditional voltage and reactive power control is mainly operated independently by the control equipment of the distribution network according to the collected grid operation data to ensure the voltage reactive power in the local area.With the continuous expansion of the distribution network and the increasingly complex nature of power users,the traditional voltage reactive power control method can not solve the low voltage problem of power users.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a design voltage reactive power integrated control system.This paper expounds the principle of voltage control and reactive power control and the relationship between voltage control and reactive power optimization.The control principle and traditional control strategy of transformers in neutral substation,medium voltage busbar and distribution transformer area,and reactive power compensation equipment are carried out.Discussed and compared the limitations of traditional voltage reactive control methods.The voltage reactive three-level joint control strategy can realize the complementary advantages between the equipment control at all levels of the distribution network through communication technology,acquisition technology and automatic control technology,and improve the voltage qualification rate of the power users.Taking the actual power grid structure of Weifang City as an example,a set of voltage and reactive power integrated control system suitable for distribution network is designed.Firstly,the overall design of the voltage and reactive power integrated control system of the distribution network is designed.The design idea,overall framework structure and system function requirements of the control system are given.The communication system,data processing system and man-machine interface of the voltage and reactive power integrated control system of the distribution network are detailed.The system functions include six main modules: main wiring diagram display module,real-time data display module,reactive voltage optimization module,curve report,parameter setting module and system setting.It can intuitively display the voltage,current and reactive power curves of various substations and lines in Weifang distribution network and can also query all historical information.When the system is used forvoltage and reactive power integrated control,the grid voltage pass rate is obviously obvious.The improvement and voltage fluctuation on the user side are obviously reduced,which reflects the effectiveness of the three-level joint control strategy.
