Research On The Design Of Homestays In Fuyang Area

As a relatively new and special tourist reception facility,B&B houses local contexts and architectural traditions,and in recent years has attracted more and more attention and research in the context of market interest guidance.Fuyang B&B has its unique resource advantages and retains the “rural nature”.However,due to the current homogenization of B&B,the development of B&B in Fuyang has also entered a bottleneck period.The purpose of this article is to study the fact that the design of the B&B in Fuyang District is to change the serious homogeneity of the design of the existing village houses,and to provide valuable experience for the design direction of the B&B in Fuyang.This thesis uses case analysis method,field investigation method,etc.to start with the origin of the bed and breakfast,comb the development status and research status of the bed and breakfast at home and abroad,and then focus on the in-depth study and study of the bed and breakfast in Fuyang,Hangzhou,Zhejiang.The first chapter analyzes the status quo and problems of the B&B in Fuyang District,explains its unique advantages and problems in its development.Chapter 2 discusses the preservation and continuation of its “ rurality ”characteristics,and proposes a clear perspective on how to do it;The author of the chapter conducted a useful exploration of the future design direction of the B&B in Fuyang,analyzed the key elements of the design of the Fuyang B&B,explored the space design strategies for the construction of the B&B,and proposed the integration of the use of traditional building materials and the local humanities in the design process of the B&B;The fourth chapter is the design practice.It is the author’s in-depth research and study of the Fuyang B&B.She personally devoted herself to specific project practice.After field investigation and research,she designed a home improvement plan for the rural village.The Yue Opera "Catch the Fish" is a design concept that evolves exaggerated scenes of life in the drama into design elements and uses interior design techniques to handle spatial relationships.The design case focuses on the design theory and design methods of the hotel and summarizes it.At the same time,it hopes to bring some inspiration to the industry workers.
