With the rapid development of smart grid and the increasing penetration of distributed energy,more and more attention has been paid to the development of home energy management system.By guiding the residents to use electricity in a scientific and reasonable way,the home energy management system reduces the cost of users' electricity and meets the comfort requirements of users' electricity,thus promoting the development of smart power grid in the power side.Firstly,This paper introduces the background and significance of the research on home energy management system and summarizes the current research status.This paper describes the overall framework of the home energy management system and its related technologies.Then this paper introduces in detail the mathematical model of the power generation system,energy storage system and household load.Secondly,combined with the demand response mechanism of time-sharing electricity price,this paper establishes a scheduling optimization model with the lowest cost of user's electricity as the objective function,and at the same time uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.The simulation result shows that the cost of power consumption can be effectively reduced after the scheduling optimization.Then,considering the comfort demand of user's electricity,this paper gives the comfort index of the userundefineds power consumption and establishes a multi-objective optimal scheduling model for family energy management.In this model,electricity cost,time dissatisfaction and temperature dissatisfaction are taken as multi-objective for optimal treatment,and multi-objective particle swarm optimization is adopted for solution,and entropy weight TOPSIS method is adopted to select the optimal solution of Pareto's optimal solution set.The simulation result shows that the optimized scheduling can not only reduce the cost of users' effectively,but also meet the comfort requirements of users' effectively,which verifies the correctness of the proposed model.Finally,in order to reduce the impact of the prediction error of photovoltaic power output on scheduling optimization,this paper established a home energy management scheduling optimization model that takes the prediction error of photovoltaic power output into account.A mathematical model is established for the prediction error of photovoltaic power output,and a case analysis method is used to reduce the influence of the uncertainty in PV generation prediction..The analysis shows that the home energy management scheduling method considering the prediction error of photovoltaic power generation has more practical significance.
