Research On Automatic Identification Technology Of Wire Ring Code

The production of cable networks in space is a large-scale production,and its design structure is complex and complicated.Among them,the inefficiency of the manual manufacturing model and the man-made low-level quality problems have brought huge pressure on productivity.Therefore,this paper studies a kind of automatic wire recognition technology,which can improve the automation level of industrial production and reduce unnecessary losses.The task of this topic is divided into two parts.One is to design the coding rules of the wire ring code,and ensure that the symbol of the ring code represents all the characters covering the standard wire number;Use Font CreatorProgram software to establish a symbol font library for the ring code and realize the real-time conversion of the standard wire number and the ring code.The second is to build a machine vision system containing light sources,industrial cameras,lenses,and industrial control machines to obtain clear images of the ring codes to be detected.Using HALCON image processing software as the core,an automatic recognition software is designed to complete image preprocessing and the ring code is automatically positioned.The width measurement and data conversion work will be displayed on the display screen in real time after completing the identification.The operation control of the entire identification system is carried out on the Visual Studio platform.The automatic recognition MFC application program is established,a human-computer interaction window is built,and the C++ program derived from the HALCON-image processing algorithm is integrated with the decoding program of the ring code.Load into the project.Realize the conversion of the wire ring code from image to data,and complete the automatic identification work.The wire automatic recognition system can ensure more than 90 % recognition rate and 100 % accuracy,which will lead to new changes in actual production.
