In the field of construction,the large machinery and equipment are required,and workers often perform aerial work and underground operations,which determines that the construction industry is a high-risk industry.Although production safty is the focus of governments and enterprises,news reports of casualties caused by engineering accidents are still frequent.In order to achieve profitability,the engineering manager will devote a lot of energy to catch up with the construction period,and safety investment cannot be guaranteed.Due to the lack of safety investment,engineering deformation monitoring and early warning will often become the formalism,and traditional manual monitoring and early warning cannot achieve timely warning,it is difficult to achieve effective protection of site safety,and due to cost issues,most contractors will not purchase expensive automated monitoring system.There is a large flow of construction workers,and many workers lack engineering experience,and it is difficult for workers to judge the safety of the on site rock and soil structure based on the signs at the scene.When the construction structure is about to damaging,the workers have no time to evacuate the site.To sum up,these reasons have caused frequent engineering accidents in the construction industry.The purpose of this article is to develop an economical on-site visual early warning device to reduce the casualties in safety accidents.1)This paper first addresses the needs of workers who can’t identify the danger,and uses the color of LED lights to change,using different LED light colors to represent different degrees of deformation in construction structure.According to this idea,the onsite rock and soil structure displacement visualization and early warning device based on full-color LED contact switches is developed,workers can judge danger information according to the color of LED lights.2)On the basis of the design of the on-site rock and soil structure displacement visualization visual warning device based on the full-color LED contact switch,this airticle develop the on-site rock and soil structure displacement visualization and warning device based on the comparison circuit.Using the automatic control functions of LM339 voltage comparators and relays as control modules of device,and designing circuits to control the color of LED lights,realizing the function of on-site visualization an early warning.Compared with the on-site visualization and warning device based on the fullcolor LED contact switch,the on-site visualization warning device based on the comparison circuit is more flexible in use,and an alarm is added as an audible warning to strengthen early warning effect betterly.3)In order to meet the needs of engineers using monitoring data to guide construction,this paper designs a displacement visualization and monitoring system based on a Micro Ctroller Unit based on the design of an on-site visual warning device based on the LM339 comparison circuit.The system uses a Micro Ctroller Unit commonly used in the field of industrial control as a control unit,uses GPRS as a communication channel,and uses cloud server as a data transfer station to realize data transmission from the field to a remote computer.Remote engineers can obtain deformation data at any time,judge the stability of the rock and soil structure,and using the changing trend to guide the subsequent construction.The single-chip-based displacement visualization and monitoring system can not only complete the on-site visual warning,but also meet the project’s need for monitoring data.Based on the engineering example,the implementation of the visual warning device and remote monitoring system is introduced.The three devices of on-site displacement visualization and early warning in this paper can effectively realize real-time on-site early warning and remote displacement monitoring,and the low price is conducive to promotion.It can cover all dangerous areas on the construction engineering site,and present the on-site danger situation visually and audibly.Reduction of casualties in engineering accidents,real-time deformation monitoring data can more scientifically guide on-site construction,and have a certain role in promoting the research of on-site visualization warning technology.
