As a fluid machine,centrifugal pump is widely used in daily life and work production.Various types of centrifugal pumps consume huge energy,and the power consumption increases year by year.The centrifugal pump has become a veritable energy-consuming household.Therefore,the design and manufacture of pump products are optimized to reduce the energy consumption of pump products and contribute to the development of the national economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,the application of CFD technology to the design and development of pump products,numerical simulation of pump products,can be found in the pump internal complex flow field,the application of this technology Improving the working efficiency of the pump and improving the performance of the pump have practical guiding significance.In the research of this paper,the single-stage single-suction clear water medium centrifugal pump is used as the object,and the numerical simulation method is used to select different number impeller blades for research.Firstly,the UG modeling software is used to establish the model of the flow path of the centrifugal pump.The main research object is the volute and the impeller.Then,the numerical simulation calculation is carried out by XFLOW computational fluid dynamics software.The XFLOW software was used to simulate the centrifugal pump of 3,4,5 and 6 different blade numbers in large flow condition,design flow condition and small flow condition,and the internal flow of centrifugal pump under different working conditions.The analysis of the velocity,vorticity and turbulence intensity of the field,comprehensive comparative analysis,can be seen that the motion law is consistent with the theory,and the numerical simulation results have certain reference value,which provides a reference for the subsequent research.
