| Studies at home and abroad show that signal control plays an important role in intersections.Different signal control modes affect drivers’driving behaviors at intersections,and thus affect the safety and traffic efficiency of the intersections.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of signal countdown on driver’s driving behaviors.Based on the behavior characteristics of drivers under different countdown time,combined with VBOX2SX GPS data collector,iViewXTMHED4 head-wearing instrument and Ergo LAB physiological and psychological instrument and corresponding supporting software,the effects of red light and green light down time on the behavior of drivers are studied.And analyzing the difference and the correlation,and respectively constructing a red light and a green light countdown time duration evaluation model.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,drivers who meet the requirements of the experiment were recruited as the subjects of this real-time vehicle experiment.The experiment was carried out at 18 sample intersections,and the manipulation behavior data,eye movement data and physiological and psychological data were recorded in real-time by the instrument.The subjects were divided into three types:risk type,general type and safety type according to the subjective evaluation questionnaire and evaluation criteria before the experiment.Then,the differences and correlations between the operation behavior,eye movement behavior and physiological and psychological behavior of different red light and green light countdown time were studied.The 16 indicators collected by the extraction instrument are used as the driving behavior indicators of this experiment.Through the research and analysis,it is found that for the red light countdown,the indicators are obviously different under the different countdown time.For green countdown,except the average acceleration,acceleration peak,deceleration peak,average velocity and velocity peak,the other indicators are obviously different under different countdown length.Through the correlation analysis,the the fixation duration,the average pupil size X,the average pupil size Y,EDA,the speed,the longitudinal acceleration are significantly correlated with the red light countdown time period.And for high-impact road section for countdown,EDA,average pupil size X,ECG,driving decision-making,speed are significantly correlated with the green light countdown time.Finally,based on the wavelet analysis method,the driving behaviors of subjects under different red light and different green light countdown time were analyzed,and the order of the influence of different countdown time length on each parameter was obtained.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)evaluation model,the optimal scheme for setting the countdown time of the red light is obtained.In the alternative scheme,the optimal scheme for setting the duration of the red light countdown is 99s red light countdown.The optimal scheme of green countdown time setting is 20s green countdown. |
