Research On Prefabricated Construction Project Management Based On BIM+VR+MR Technology

The extensive construction mode of traditional buildings in China can not meet the needs of rapid urban development,but also cause environmental pollution and resource shortage.The traditional construction industry urgently needs new construction technology transformation to solve these problems and achieve sustainable development.It is one of the key tasks for the State Council to strengthen urban construction management to vigorously develop China's assembly construction mode,effectively reduce the pollution of construction production to the surrounding environment,shorten construction cycle and comprehensively improve project quality.It is also an important content to promote the reform of China's construction industry,adjust the structure system of construction enterprises and realize transformation and upgrading.But at present,our country's assembly building is still in the stage of promotion,and the construction technology is not perfect enough.In the whole construction process,all links need to coordinate with each other,especially in the construction link,there is a lack of management mechanism suitable for assembly building.Therefore,we need to introduce new technical means to promote the development of our country's assembly building.This paper establishes a BIM+VR+MR system model of assembling construction project management through literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis.Taking Northwest WangC2 assembling project as an example,this paper finds out the important factors that BIM,VR and MR will affect assembling project management and the relationship between them.Furthermore,the application effect and data analysis of the new technology model in the assembly entity project are sorted out,the model is combined with the actual field management,and the superior value of the assembly construction project management mode based on BIM+VR+MR technology compared with the traditional management mode is studied to realize the informatization,integration and efficiency of the assembly construction project management.The assembly construction project management is summarized.The beneficial direction of future development.
