Smart home has been developing for nearly dozens of years,gradually replacing the ordinary household products,and has become an indispensable part of modern human life.Intelligent manufacturing technology is the key technology of building smart home world,and also the basic element of building big data network platform.Intelligent systems can bring people a better life experience Home Furnishing,intelligent Home Furnishing the traditional sense of the people from the mechanical control into manual control,and with a variety of advanced technology and the advent of intelligent equipment,intelligent control mode has also undergone a subtle change,intelligent products increasingly questioned the manual control mode human.Following the trend of the times,this paper takes home life as background,designs a smart home system,applies the optimized BP neural network algorithm to the control mode of smart home,improves the traditional manual control mode,and achieves a good effect.First,the research situation of smart home at home and abroad is studied,and the actual demand for smart home is analyzed.Based on that,the design scheme of smart home system meeting modern human life habits is put forward,and the functional modules of the system are specifically designed.Secondly,for the intelligent Home Furnishing system related to the key technology and theory in-depth research,mainly including the neural network technology,LTE communication,ZigBee wireless network technology and Android system architecture,combined with the features of the system,the optimized BP neural network algorithm is applied to the data processing part,the design of independent learning and adaptive ability of Home Furnishing control mode.Then,according to the program to complete the system hardware and software function design and realization,the hardware subsystem of STM32 main control chip,a ZigBee wireless communication module,4G module and various home sensor devices,software subsystem to achieve the development of intelligent Home Furnishing APP,including the realization of database,create the login page,the home page and each functional module.We can design two kinds of control mode that are manual control and automatic control about the APP.Finally,we set up the test platform,the hardware subsystem completes the sensor data acquisition,the data processing module is introduced into the GA-BP algorithm,the prediction ability of data using Matlab software simulation testing system;software system to realize the monitoring and control command of household data issued.After testing,the system can realize the design function well and verify the feasibility of the system.
