Rolling bearing is one of the most important components in mechanical equipment,which provides a guarantee for the safe operation of machinery and equipment.Most of the existing rolling bearing fault monitoring system uses fault signal acquisition of cable rolling bearing,existing wiring difficulties,limited transmission distance and high cost problems,and the lack of new LabVIEW software signal processing method of VMD module.The VMD algorithm is easy to have endpoint effect when analyzing the rolling bearing fault signal,so it needs to be improved.To solve the problems existing in wired collection,the wireless sensor transmitter and receiver module is designed,adopting STM32F103RET6 as the main control chip,A/D conversion of the signal collected by ADS8344,applying RF1100-232 wireless communication module to transmit signals,the received signal after DAC8531 D/A converted and transmitted to the DAQ data acquisition card,wireless data acquisition.The LabVIEW and MATLAB through the MATLAB Script node together to achieve the improved VMD algorithm in the application of LabVIEW,to make up for the lack of VMD LabVIEW module defects.After the fault signal is decomposed by improved VMD,the fault feature is fused with SVD,and the fault classification is realized by the nearest neighbor.The proposed method is better than the classification results after VMD and EMD treatment.The fault diagnosis of rolling bearing fault wireless monitoring system based on improved VMD shows that the system can collect the fault signal and analyze the fault signal.Moreover,the system has friendly interface,easy to build and strong numerical processing ability.
