Research On Cost Control Of DLDS Dam Hydraulic Engineering Construction Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,many construction enterprises in our country have been continuously improved.At the same time,the Chinese government to consider many factors such as politics and economy,provides many economic policy support for building enterprise internationalization,especially to encourage Chinese enterprises to enter the African and other three world countries for investment,the policy provides a good condition for China's construction enterprises in China and abroad.However,due to the economic and political environment and the existence of a large difference in the domestic,construction enterprises to enter the international market,the road is not smooth;so many companies have a loss.Therefore,it is necessary for Chinese construction enterprises to strengthen the cost control and improve the economic benefits of the project.Based on the project cost control theory,this paper takes the DLDS dam hydraulic project in Algeria as a case,and studies the cost control of the project.The study found that the project due to the construction side,the construction side is not considered outside the complex political and economic environment,by means of cost control of water conservancy project in China,risk of failed to properly identify in the project implementation process of politics,politics,taxation,exchange rate,natural environment and other uncontrollable factors brought by the project cost control has many problems in the decision-making stage,the bidding stage,design stage,construction stage.To solve these problems,in order to strengthen the project cost control,put forward according to the existing problems in each stage of project construction cycle improvement strategies of DLDS dam water conservancy construction project cost control,to strengthen the project cost control.Improve the strategy target cost method is constructed based on the construction cost control system to control the cost;at the same time in order to reduce the material procurement cost,value engineering method is built based on the optimization strategy of suppliers.At the same time,aiming at the actual problems existing in the current cost control process of the current project,the paper puts forward some targeted improvement strategies.In this paper,the DLDS dam water conservancy construction project cost control as the actual case,provide the basis for the offshore water conservancy construction project cost control,to help achieve the goal of cost control of offshore water conservancy construction project better.
