Study On Project Cost Control Of Reed Sluice Control Maintenance Project

Small-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects are characterized by small investment,remote location,many unexpected factors,and difficult to control platform costs.Cost control faces many challenges.However,most of the research on project cost takes large-scale projects as examples,and the actual characteristics of small-scale projects have not been paid attention to.It is of practical significance to design a set of cost detection and management strategies applicable to such projects.Based on this understanding,this paper takes the Reed Gate Control and Maintenance Project as an example to explore the cost management mechanism of small water conservancy and hydropower projects.This paper takes the cost control work of the reed gate control and guide maintenance project as an example.Firstly,from the financial perspective,the development process of the project is divided into design,decision,purchase and construction,and then the cost of each link is further divided into cost components:design cost,decision-making cost,procurement cost and construction cost,as well as design deficiency,environmental protection violation,design addition,contracting error,selection error,management confusion,main material procurement,auxiliary material procurement,construction cost Equipment procurement,safety risk,natural accidents,regulatory penalties 12 factors.The index system of cost management and control is constructed by AHP,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the project is obtained with the help of the expert scoring method,taking the evaluation result of the project as the cost control standard of the reed-to-gate controlled maintenance project,the cost of the reed-to-gate controlled maintenance project should be further reduced on this basis,the cost control work should also get better results.After the test and evaluation,the cost control work of the reed-to-gate controlled maintenance project obtained 3.799 effective score,higher than the score of the adjacent project20.6%,which shows that the relevant design has practical value.Refer to the mechanism,means and measures of cost control of adjacent projects,design tricolor chart and curve supervision table for measurement,monitoring and prompting,aiming at the cost control system of reed-to-gate guided maintenance engineering project,this paper puts forward some guarantee measures such as establishing overall cost control consciousness,setting up scientific and complete talent team,establishing interactive information management system,adopting multi-party bargaining mode,and improving safety supervision consciousness.
