As the core component of building intelligence,the BAS is responsible for monitoring,measuring and controlling all kinds of construction equipment,and can provide standardized maintenance and automatic management.With the development and application of technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,and big data,cloud platforms have entered the BAS field due to their dynamic resource scalability,recyclability,and ease of use.This article integrates cloud technology with the BAS to discuss the cloud design and implementation of BAS.The main research contents include cloud scheme design,platform architecture design and construction,data structure design and database programming implementation,interface design of the BAS,data acquisition and communication technology implementation,etc.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the requirements of the BAS cloud platform,the overall plan of the construction equipment monitoring system cloud was designed,the system cloud function analysis and design were completed,and the construction equipment monitoring system cloud framework was built to lay the foundation for subsequent research and development tasks.Secondly,for the construction equipment application scenario,the E-R model and data structure design of the cloud database was completed.Using OPC technology and ODBC technology to achieve data interaction between PLC and other hardware devices and cloud platform;for wireless actuators,cooperate with Memcached cache system and MySQL database to achieve low-latency data interaction.On this basis,the user permissions of the BAS are set,and data acquisition interface programs belonging to different devices under different permissions are designed to achieve secure access on demand.Thirdly,according to the functional requirements of the BAS,the overall design of the cloud management and control software was designed,and the construction equipment cloud monitoring interface was designed and developed,which includes air conditioning systems,lighting systems,power distribution systems,cold and heat source systems,water supply and drainage systems,etc.The program realizes the functions of equipment monitoring,control,data display and equipment management;furthermore,it is equipped with a personalized service function,which provides a convenient,reliable and open management and control platform for construction operation and maintenance management.Finally,in order to verify the cloud system of the BAS,the system was tested for applications,including modular service testing,PLC data interaction testing,and actuator control testing.The test results show that the data interaction of the device data interface,cloud system monitoring,and control functions have all achieved the expected results.In summary,this paper designs for the cloud platform of the BAS,and completes the tasks of system cloud architecture construction,database design,communication interface program development,interface program development,etc.,which lays the platform foundation for future data analysis and application,making low-cost,portable,safe and reliable comprehensive application of building information technology has become possible.
