Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been rapid development,has greatly improved the people of the whole country, but also gradually exposed hig h energy consumption, environment deteriorating consequences. The construction has gr eatly promoted the rise of GDP, but also become the main industry of energy consum ption. According to the foreign advanced experience of building energy saving, energy-saving measures must be good building energy consumption monitoring data and a la rge amount of data as the basis. So in order to better control the energy consumption in the construction field, the official in the energy consumption data acquisition work began building the country, do the basic work for the next step of energy efficiency e valuation, standards for the energy, energy statistics, energy audits, energy efficiency p ublicity, energy consumption, energy saving service.This paper attempts to establish a prefecture level city building energy monitoring system as the basis, establish the process of analysis of the construction scheme of Weifang municipal energy conservation testing platform, explore a city to establish the testing platform of standardization of the road. Try to improve the energy saving det ection municipal platform standardization. Building up the energy monitoring platform standard, specification and resource requirements to minimize. At the same time, throu gh the establishment of system architecture analysis and operation, explore the reasona ble way of operation and maintenance of the system is put forward to solve a note, p art of the existing problems in the operation and maintenance work.
