As a new type of composite slab,the difference between ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab and other composite slabs is that: the bottom slab is equipped with steel truss,and there are triangle holes between the steel truss and the upper surface of the floor slab.Before pouring the composite layer,the holes of the steel truss can be interspersed with distributed steel bars;the main stress-bearing steel bars in the bottom slab are stress relief spiral rib steel wires,which are used in production When the prestressed technology is used,the internal reinforcement is uniformly tensioned on the long line method pedestal.ZDB prestressed concrete composite board production process has been very perfect,forming a stable and efficient production process,and because of the advantages of strong industrialization,high efficiency,high cost performance,it can be widely used in public and civil buildings.Because the prestressed reinforcement is selected as the main stress reinforcement of the prefabricated baseplate,the thickness of the prefabricated baseplate is effectively reduced,the amount of reinforcement is reduced,and because the prestressed reinforcement is tensioned in the factory,the space and time required for the field tensioning reinforcement are also reduced,so the application prospect is very broad.Several ZDB unidirectional prefabricated baseplates are spliced to form a rectangular plate.According to the specification,the steel bars are bound and distributed in the holes of the steel bar truss,and then the laminated layer is poured.In this paper,the cracking resistance,integrity,bidirectional and other aspects of the rectangular laminated plate formed in this way are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the elastic theory,the load and moment distribution coefficients of the two directions of the ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab are calculated respectively,and compared with the load and moment distribution coefficients of the ordinary cast-in-place slab,the single and two-way dividing limits of the rectangular composite slab under different slab thickness combinations are obtained.(2)In this paper,the uniform load static loading test is carried out on the rectangular composite plate which is composed of several ZDB unidirectional prefabricated baseplates and poured with composite layer.The cracking resistance,integrity and two-way stressperformance of the rectangular composite plate are studied respectively.According to the test data,the above performance of the rectangular composite plate is very good.(3)The theoretical calculation and test results of ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab are compared and analyzed,and the coefficient ? is concluded.The two-way calculation coefficient of the rectangular composite slab can be calculated by multiplying the two-way calculation coefficient ? of the ordinary concrete two-way slab,and the bending moment value calculated by this method is in good agreement with the bending moment value obtained by the static loading test.(4)ABAQUS is selected to simulate the static loading test of ZDB prestressed concrete composite plate under uniform load.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation and test results.It is verified that the overall performance and two-way mechanical performance of the rectangular composite plate are very good,and the accuracy and scientificity of the static loading test are proved.
