With the acceleration of the process of human centered urbanization and the need of sustainable and healthy development of assembly building,assembly building has become a trend in the construction industry.Compared with the cast-in-situ house,there are many advantages of the prefabricated building,such as water saving,electricity saving,coal saving,green,environmental protection and so on.But there are still some problems in the design,construction,production and other aspects of the a prefabricated building,and the forms of the assembly concrete building slabs are various.In the engineering application,there are no clear rules and reliable basis for how to choose the laminated floor of different sizes,so as to make it reasonable,economical and practical.This has become an obstacle to the healthy and rapid development of assembly buildings.Therefore,on the basis of reasonable force,it is of great practical significance to discuss how to obtain the maximum economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.Firstly,this thesis introduces the present situation of the domestic and international assembled floor,the domestic research production of some researchers and the assembly development plan of some provinces in China,including the scale of the development of the assembly building,PC rate,etc.This thesis discusses the overall requirements of the assembly floor,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated floor slab,analyzes the construction technology of the common laminated plate,summarizes the attention and inspection items in the construction of different laminated plates,This thesis mainly analyzes three kinds of commonly used forms in the assembled laminated floor,they are steel truss concrete composite slab,ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab and PK prestressed concrete composite slab,including their production,structure,characteristics,engineering cases.It also introduces other types of laminated plates.(1)With the span of 3.0m and the size of 3.0m * 6.0m as an example,According to the stress analysis,the section area of steel bar is obtained by the design of the steel reinforced concrete one-way slab,select suitable laminated slabs from standard atlas,calculate material budget;2)According to the design of reinforced concrete two-waylaminated plate,Calculate material budget,each plate has two combinations of A type and B type.The same plate is made up of different combinations,material budget is different.3)Compared with the same board to have the budget,according to one design material budget and by two-way design materials of type A and of type B.(2)Respectively calculating the three kinds of different sizes of plates(the ratio of length to width is 2 lines)of the material budget when the span is 3.3m,3.6m,3.9m,4.2m,by comparing the different ratio of length and width,we can choose the type of plate which is more economical.(3)Respectively giving material budgets to ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab and PK prestressed concrete composite slab,then compare these two plates,we can draw an conclusion is that in different span,we have different economic type of selection.(4)Finally,through the comparison of the 4 kinds of slabs,which are reinforced concrete slab,reinforced concrete two-way laminated plate,ZDB prestressed concrete composite slab and PK prestressed concrete composite slab,we can draw an conclusion is that,the material budget of steel truss composite is much higher than that of prestressed laminated material,the advantages of prestressed concrete composite slab in material budget is very obvious,and it can provide reference for reasonable selection of floor engineering project.
