Research On The Effect Of Campus Plant Landscape Space Color On The Physical And Mental Health Of College Students

According to the report on the quality of higher education in China,the number of college students in China has reached 38.33 million,ranking first in the world.There are reports that more than 30% of college students in China have mental health problems,and this data is still rising year by year.At present,college students are facing increasing academic and employment pressure.If they do not conduct timely psychological counseling,they are prone to pessimistic mood,which may lead to depression,jumping and other extreme events.Due to the large number of students,the campus professional intervention psychological counseling full load operation,still can not ensure that the professional mental health counseling to cover every student.Some studies have shown that: people who focus on the green area have less pressure and lower depression,which can reduce the aggression of teenagers,and good plant landscape space color can also effectively improve mental health problems of young people.Therefore,a good campus plant landscape space color can provide a wide range of natural mental health treatment and relieve negative emotions for college students,which is of great significance for the construction of a safe campus.This paper will start with the campus plant species,color and landscape space color,based on some universities in Shandong Province.In this study,color impact is used for color arrangement and color factordecomposition to quantify the spatial color of campus plant landscape;SBE,AHP and SD analysis are used to analyze the survey results;Cronbach coefficient and Cronbach coefficient are used to analyze the results The results of the study are verified by the numerical reliability ofα factor,and the following conclusions are drawn by sorting out the research data of university students’ preference for plant landscape spatial color,using VR emotional activation mechanism and physiological indicators to verify the effect of campus plant landscape spatial color.(1)According to the survey,there are 143 plants in some campuses in Shandong Province,of which trees and shrubs are the main ones.;the campus flowering is mainly concentrated in spring and summer,with yellow,red and white color systems accounting for 30%,red and yellow for 26%,and other colors for 18%;the tree trunk color of plants in the campus is gray and black Mainly,the change of leaf color is mainly in spring and autumn,30% in spring and 70% in autumn,with obvious seasonal change;the hard landscape on campus is mainly in warm color.(2)The contribution rate of the influencing factors of the spatial color quality of the campus plant landscape was ranked as follows: the ratio of green to space(30.23%);the ratio of main color(14.59%);the number of colors(11.21%);the sense of hierarchy(9.33%);the contrast(8.34%);The comprehensive contribution rate of the five influencing factors is 73.7%.Research shows that the optimal ratio of green to spaceis 39.2%-63.1%;the best proportion of single color or main color is 50%-70%;the most suitable number of colors is 4-7;the strong sense of hierarchy,the effect of cool color is good.(3)College students have different psychological and color needs in different areas of the campus.The five areas with the highest dependence on campus space are l teaching area,Y sports area,G distribution square,D dormitory area and f leisure and entertainment area;the area with the highest demand for campus security is d dormitory area,and the influence factors of color on campus landscape space security rank as follows:color matching(37.500%)> warm and cold color(32.29%)> brightness(21.875%)> hierarchy(8.333%);college students have high requirements for the comfort of D dormitory area and Y sports area in campus,Among them,the influence factors of color factors on comfort are: color matching(55.048%)> warm and cold color(11.683%)>brightness(23.510%)> level sense(9.760%);in terms of accessibility of campus landscape space,in addition to traffic factors,color factors are:color matching(56.429%)> level sense(15.536%)> warm and cold color(14.368%)> brightness(13.667%);College Students In the order of influencing factors of emotion fluctuation,the color matching(46.108%),the cool and warm color(27.162%),the brightness(17.344%),the hierarchy(9.386%).After VR emotional priming mechanism,physiological state changes,indicating that VR emotional primingmechanism is effective.Watching the pictures(including 6 colors,the main color is green,accounting for 1 / 2 of the landscape effect,dotted with yellow and red and other adjacent colors)made by the best color data obtained from the research and analysis of this article,compared with blank control pictures,heart rate and blood pressure have improved to varying degrees,which shows that good campus plant space color plays a positive role in the physical and mental health of college students,and can ease the heart of college students Manage negative emotions and prolong happy emotions.
