The measurement of shock wave pressure is an important means of evaluating ammunition damage effect,which can provide the measured parameters for all kinds of warhead development and optimize the performance of weapon equipment.Because of the extremely harsh environment of explosion field and the shortcoming of traditional lead-wire electrical measurement in the test of shock wave pressure,the paper has developed a storage test device of shock wave pressure and carried out in-depth study of test node synchronization triggering technique according the request of distributed test.The ZigBee scheme is used as the wireless network communication of the system.The design scheme of the double optical signal triggering method is proposed based on cross-correlation technology combined with the high reliability of the broken-wire method and the advantage of the no-lead of the optical triggering method.According to the characteristics of shock wave pressure signal,the theoretical calculation method of overpressure peak,positive pressure time and specific impulse is introduced.Combined with the test environment and the characteristics of shock wave pressure signal,we designed overall scheme of the explosive field shock wave pressure storage test device on the basis of the network test scheme and the storage test system.Component selection and hardware circuit design are carried out on the important modules of the system.The program of the data acquisition and storage module is designed with Verilog HDL hardware description language.The reading ID function of the Flash chip is realized by Signal Tap tool,the other logic modules are simulated by ModelSim,and the program of position machine is designed by Labview.The anti-jamming test of the external trigger control system was carried out by many means,and through simulated explosion process to test the synchronization of trigger system.The synchronization time of the test was less than 1us.The reading ID,page reading,writing and block erasing operation of Flash chip function has realized.The sampling rate of the system can reach 1MHz.The data of shock wave pressure can be processed correctly by using Labview program.The network storage tester achieved the design requirements and can be applied to the test of shock wave pressure in explosion field,which has the advantages of perfect function,strong anti-interference and high synchronization.
