With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the demand for relays for new energy vehicles is increasing.Therefore,how to comprehensively,stably,and efficiently test the electrical parameters of a product to ensure the quality of the product and improve the test efficiency has become an important task for automobile manufacturers.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,low degree of integration automation,and large number of participants in the test of relays for new energy vehicles,this topic designs a set of automatic test systems for relays for new energy vehicles to make the electrical parameters of the relays effective comprehensive test and traceability,and ensures the performance and quality of relays.According to the manufacturer's technical requirements,this paper analyzes the principle of various electrical parameters of the relay,and determines the overall design of the test system.The hardware part mainly includes Beckhoff PLC,program-controlled instrument,industrial computer,PCI data acquisition card,DIO switch card and switch driver module designed by myself.Beckhoff PLC is used for motion control;The DIO switch card is used for switching the test circuit,and the test circuit is switched according to the test items.Industrial computer,program-controlled instrument and PCI data acquisition card constitute the electrical parameter acquisition part;Switch driver module is used for fast on / off of power.The software part includes PLC's motion control module,data traceability module,interactive test system application main module and various electrical parameter test submodules based on LabVIEW,realizing the test of various electrical parameters,including coil resistance,pull-in / release time,pull-in / release voltage,Dielectric withstand voltage / insulation resistance,pull-in times,and contact resistance.In addition,the main module realizes the unified release of test tasks and the later traceability of test results by calling the DLL program generated by LabWindows / CVI.After offline design,online debugging,and running experiments,the system's test results are analyzed,and Butterworth filters are used to deal with the noise,and anti-interference measures are proposed.The results show that the test system designed in this paper runs stably and has reliable parameter tests,which fully meets the requirements of enterprises.The production standard realizes the automation of relay electrical parameter test.
