With the gradual deterioration of energy environment,the transformation and upgrading of energy promote the development of automobile industry towards the direction of new energy,pure electric vehicle will become the development trend As the power battery is the core component of new energy electric vehicles,more and more power battery plants are being built nationwide.In the process of power battery production,there are strict requirements for the temperature,humidity and moisture content of power battery production environment.The most favorable means to realize and guarantee these technological conditions and production environment in the power battery plant is air conditioning.The design of air distribution is a very important and key link in the air conditioning of the power battery plant.Its reasonable design will not only directly affect the design of the air conditioning system in the plant,but also relate to the temperature and humidity requirements of the power battery plant,the regional temperature difference,the cleanliness of the plant and the thermal comfort of people.It is also a professional air conditioning system In the design,we must consider and pay attention to the difficulties,so we need to design the air-conditioning system of the power battery workshop in a standard and reasonable way,and at the same time,we need to study and analyze the air distribution in the power battery workshop.In this paper,Foshan KEBA Automotive Power Battery Co.,Ltd.battery plate and battery phase I project joint plant as the research object.Firstly,according to the building characteristics and air conditioning requirements of the power battery plant,according to the basic process of process air conditioning design,the central air conditioning system of the power battery plant is designed completely;secondly,ANSYS WORKBENCH is used 19.0 simulate the design area of the air conditioning system and analyze the rationality of the air conditioning system design;then according to the calculation results and combined with the evaluation index(ADPI),put forward the optimization scheme of the air conditioning system,on the one hand,through increasing the number of air outlets and optimizing the layout of air outlets,on the other hand,using the spherical nozzle and the lower return air form,design two air conditioning systems;finally,through Simulation calculation and evaluation show that the first optimization scheme can not only meet the technological requirements ofthe negative electrode production area,but also meet the requirements of human comfort.Through the simulation study of the air conditioning system in the negative electrode production area,this paper provides more reasonable design parameters,which can effectively solve the uneven air distribution in the space by increasing a certain amount of air outlets,optimizing the layout of air outlets,and adopting the lower return air.At the same time,it also provides guidance for the design of the air conditioning system in other similar workshops.
