Quantitative Research On The Morphological Characteristics Of The Facades Of The Traditional Houses In Southern Jiangxi

The facade of the building is the first image when the viewer sees the building.The regional characteristics reflected in the building are related to the historical remains and memories of a city.It is a direct way to explore the form law and composition scale of facade to explore the inheritance of architectural features.The application of these laws and scale relations can inherit the regional characteristics of architecture.Gannan traditional houses are divided into Hakka traditional houses and non Hakka traditional houses,among which the traditional houses in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City are non Hakka traditional houses.At present,the transformation of Yaoyaqian block in Zhanggong district is undergoing.If we want to effectively inherit the facade characteristics of traditional houses in this area,we need to first analyze the facade characteristics of traditional houses in this area,and draw corresponding conclusions to guide the protection and renewal of the building facade.In view of the research problem of the facade form characteristics of traditional houses,this paper first establishes a set of quantitative research method system for the elements of the facade form characteristics of traditional residential buildings,and then applies the research method to the facade of traditional houses in the Yaoyaqian historical block,and summarizes the facade form characteristics of traditional houses in this area.In the construction of methods,the basic framework of methodology of "cognitive image,physical form" is established,and the quantitative research method of the characteristics of the facade form of traditional houses is constructed according to the "cognitive image" experiment and the "physical form" quantitative parameter analysis.The research method includes four levels of quantitative research on the facade of traditional houses: the overall feature of the facade wall,the distribution feature of the facade components,the single feature of the facade components,and the color of the facade.The research contents of the overall feature of the facade wall are: the relationship between the facade height and the streets,the wall outline,the wall height and width,the wall opening and segmentation;the research contents of the distribution feature of the facade components are: the degree of virtualization,the degree of fragmentation,the degree of aggregation,the proportion of the center line length of the horizontal and vertical components;the research contents of the single feature of the facade components are: the door and the window.The color characteristics of facade are the color research of facade of exterior wall under RGB color system.In the empirical verification,combined with surveying and mapping research to obtain the specific data of facade characteristics,using the quantitative research method of the characteristics of traditional houses facade,the paper conducts an example study on the brick and stone facade and the wooden facade of the traditional residential facade in yaoyaqian historical block.Finally,according to the quantitative research results,the design guidelines for the protection of traditional residential buildings and the elevation renewal of new buildings in yaoyaqian historical district are obtained.Through the quantitative study of the facade form characteristics of traditional residential buildings,people have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of traditional houses in Yaoyaqian,and provide a reference for the protection and renewal design of the building facade of the block.The quantitative research method of traditional houses can also play a complementary and rich role in the research and protection of historical blocks and even the whole historical city.
