Central heating system is one of the most important livelihood projects in winter in north China,and it’s also the key facility to improve the life quality of the residents.With the development of urbanization,the service area of the central heating system is gradually increasing.But the existing central heating system has the following problems: 1)The location of the monitoring points is unreasonable in the central heating system,which leads to distort the monitor parameters;2)Due to the uneven distribution of heat in the existing central heating system,the heating on demand and accurate are not realized,and the heat energy are wasted seriously.3)The operation mode is dominated by manual control,with low level of intelligence.Therefore,it’s significant to establish a standardized,reasonable and intelligent digital energy regulatory platform for central heating system.This project focuses on the design and application of the digital energy regulatory platform of central heating system,and the main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of the central heating system,this paper designs the digital energy supervision platform system architecture of the central heating system,which takes the Internet of things as the framework,intelligent testing equipment and executive mechanism as the foundation,industrial Ethernet as the support of data transmission,and computer technology,communication technology,visualization technology and data mining technology as the core.2.Aiming at the problems of high cost and low precision of electric energy measurement in central heating system.By means of nonlinear regression and data mining theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of electric parameter data related to three-phase asynchronous motor,determines the unary regression modeling method with motor line current as independent variable and active power as dependent variable,and constructs the unary four order nonlinear clustering electric parameter identification model based on K-means clustering algorithm.The model is proved to be true and effective by field test.In addition,in order to solve the problem of frequent harmonic interference in the traditional central heating system,the causes of harmonic generation are studied in depth.The main ideas of anti-interference design of the system are expounded from three aspects:isolation of interference source,cutting off the transmission path and enhancing the anti-interference ability of the device,i.e."separation of control system and power system,isolation of strong and weak current".3.Combined with the actual requirement of the central heating users,the hardware electrical structure design and hardware layered structure design of the digital energy supervision platform of central heating system are proposed in detail.Based on the four basic functions of "real-time monitoring of operation parameters,intelligent control of operation equipment,safety warning of heating system and statistical analysis of heating energy consumption",the selection and implementation process of hardware equipment aresystematically discussed.4.In order to improve the degree of intelligence,this paper puts forward the overall framework of the software design of the digital energy supervision platform of central heating system,which takes the field monitoring subsystem and the monitoring center system as the core,and introduces the software realization process of the platform’s functional objectives in detail.The construction of the platform not only avoids the malpractice that the traditional central heating system must be controlled on the spot,but also realizes "unattended".And different from the traditional operation mode dominated by "artificial experience",the platform explores the "energy consumption data-driven" operation strategy,and realizes the energy-saving and optimal operation of the heating system.Compared with the traditional central heating control system,the design of the digital energy supervision platform of the central heating system not only realizes the overall monitoring of the heating process,but also focuses on the collection,statistics and analysis of the heating energy consumption,which provides a detailed data sample for the analysis of the heating system energy consumption.On this basis,through the preliminary verification of Weichai group digital energy regulatory platform as the object,good application results have been achieved.
