| This article is based on a central air-conditioning for the Mitsubishi factory automation control system project implementation,the central air-conditioning remote network management system for the research and development of object.HMI development tools is using Mitsubishi GT Soft GOT (That is a machine based on the Mitsubishi HMI screen design configuration software.)PLC ladder programming development tools Gx work2.Mainly through the use of Ethernet communications technology that enables PC (G150HMI, PC machine) and the next crew (central air-conditioning control system GOT one machine, and L, Q Series Mitsubishi network communication PLC) for data communications.The first is the collection of central air conditioning lower machine operating parameters of each device,and these parameters transmitted from the lower machine to the host computer,the host computer for analysis and processing of these operating parameters,if there is no abnormal parameters appear,then the received parameters into the host computer database, if found to have abnormal parameters,the parameters are transferred via the Internet to a central control exception handling system,the central control processing system through the analysis of abnormal parameters,and then processing instruction through the PC back to the next crew,central air conditioning in order to achieve remote network control process.The system consists of four parts:Central control platform (G150HMI conditioning system controller, installation of an integrated management software TG-2000PC server), collect status information, according to a preset logic automatically controlled air conditioning system.Live graphical monitor, set with GOT machine, through a graphical interface, dynamic response conditioning system running, you can also change it to the air conditioning system setup parameters.Climate control by the PLC and the field data collection and processing, the air conditioner to the information collected by various sensors is processed and sent to the host computer and the monitor.Ethernet communication, data transfer via Ethernet cabling can effectively reduce the transmission of information and gaining the upper hand anti-jamming capability.In this paper, the key link via remote control,air conditioning running state of the environment monitoring, and temperature control process optimization, to achieve energy saving.The system can monitor the state of the environment (temperature, humidity); the air conditioner automatically adjusts the settings to achieve the body comfort, equipment, devices running under the premise of the necessary environment to achieve energy-saving purposesThis system has been put into use in the Mitsubishi plant, and energy-saving effect is obvious,the annual electricity savings of10%, the production product defect rate also declined. |
