The long-span square plane assembled steel vierendeel grid structure(hereinafter referred to as the new structure)is a new structural form innovated on the basis of vierendeel grid frame and vierendeel sandwich plate by academician mark jianyuan on the basis of national innovation-driven development and national style requirements.The new structure belongs to the vierendeel sandwich slab floor and vierendeel sandwich slab roof as well as the composite structure system of four columns.The new structure adopts prefabricated steel structure construction,which conforms to the new requirements of the national prefabricated steel structure construction in the new era.At present,the performance of this kind of large-span square plane assembled steel vierendeel grid structure has not been studied at home and abroad.Based on the finite element structure model,this paper focuses on the influence of vibration characteristics,internal force distribution characteristics,inter-layer displacement Angle,slope on the structure and the assembly construction technology.The results show that:(1)the long-span four-slope water assembled steel hollow grid structure reflects the structural innovation,practicability,in line with the national promotion of assembly is building requirements,the mechanical principle is feasible.(2)the distribution law of the internal force in the hollow grid structure of large-span four-slope water-assembled steel,the analysis results of the horizontal stiffness and response spectrum of the structure are good,and the structure form is reasonable.(3)in the process of dynamic time-mode analysis,the seismic deformation response of the structure along the direction of greater stiffness is larger and the translational dynamic deformation is more significant than the torsional deformation of the same order.The more complex the mode is,the higher the natural vibration frequency is.(4)study the influence of slope on the comprehensive performance of roof.The new structure changes with the change of slope,and the internal force deformation changes accordingly.The roof is distributed symmetrically.(5)under the action of wind load,the calculated wind pressure under the action of wind load on the viernet frame of four-slope water changes with the height,and the wind pressure changes in the initial and final stages.The specification of inter-layer displacement of the structure of the wildebeest horse matsu.(6)by summarizing prefabricated buildings,this paper discusses the comparative analysis between prefabricated buildings and foreign countries,and the development and application prospect of prefabricated buildings in China.The prefabrication process of steel vierendeel sandwich plate and four-slope water vierendeel truss roof is discussed,which is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.It is proposed that the building cover and the column should be connected by high-strength bolt.The application of computing control integral installation technique in practice.
