The large-span near-square plane concrete honeycomb space grid box structure is a new type of space grid structure system.This honeycomb floor has both the previous orthogonal and diagonal placement of the hollow sandwich slab floor with light weight.,Beautiful appearance and other advantages.In addition,the honeycomb open-web sandwich panel transmits force in three directions in the plane,which has strong applicability and gets rid of the restriction of the previous floor length-to-width ratio on the plane selection of the open-web sandwich panel.This system is the first at home and abroad,conforms to the requirements of the three principles of economic circulation,and dares to take a path that no one has ever walked before.Based on the finite element software ANSYS,this paper carries out numerical simulation and data analysis on the mechanical properties of the honeycomb space grid box structure.This paper takes a proposed three-story large-span nearly square gymnasium as the engineering background,and uses finite element analysis software to study the static and dynamic performance of the honeycomb hollow sandwich panel and the engineering design method of this new structure.According to the internal force distribution and deformation of the honeycomb open-web sandwich panel under vertical load,it can be seen that the new structure has large rigidity,uniform force transmission,and more reasonable force.The internal force of the upper and lower ribs of the four nodes and the deflection of the structure are measured.Parametric analysis shows that the grid size and the height of the open-web sandwich slab have a greater impact on the overall rigidity of the structure,while the thickness of the surface sheet,the height of the shear key cross-section,and the size of the upper and lower ribs have less impact on the overall rigidity of the structure.Concrete is recommended The thickness of the surface sheet should be 1/25?1/15 of the side length of the grid,the height of the open-web sandwich panel should be 1/30?1/20 of the span,and the height of the upper and lower ribs should be the regular hexagonal grid size.The width of the upper and lower ribs should be 1/6 ? 1/5 of the side length of the grid,and the height of the cross section of the shear key should be 1/5 of the regular hexagonal grid size.1/4.Through the analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the honeycomb hollow sandwich slab and the parameterized analysis of the fundamental frequency of the structure,it can be known that the free vibration of the hollow sandwich slab is similar to that of a solid slab,and the low-order modes are the vertical vibration of the floor;the upper and lower ribs The increase in rigidity and the height of the open-web sandwich panel can increase the fundamental frequency of the structure.The honeycomb open-web sandwich panel structure system is applied to a proposed project,and the results show that the cracks and deflection check calculations meet the requirements of the specification.
