Nowadays,most researches on laminated rubber bearings are biased towards static performance,but the research on the dynamic performance of laminated rubber bearings is insufficient.In view of the fact that laminated rubber bearings are usually used in the dynamic environment,it is of great significance to study their dynamic performance.(1)In order to study the force distribution at the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings,a concrete reaction force distribution test base is designed and manufactured in this paper.Through this test base,the force distribution of the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings under impact can be intuitively measured;In order to study the dynamic performance of laminated rubber bearings under impact,a series of experimental studies are designed and performed in this paper:Material properties tests were carried out on the laminated rubber bearings and its own rubber material:According to the standard,the rubber was subjected to tensile test,compression test and shear test,and the rubber tensile strength,the elongation at break,the compression modulus of rubber and the rubber shear strength were acquired.According to the standard JT / T4-2004,the compression and shear tests of the laminated rubber bearings were carried out,and the compression elastic modulus and the shear elastic modulus of the laminated rubber bearings were acquired.Prepared for the impact test:In order to study the force distribution at the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings,a concrete reaction force distribution test base is designed and manufactured in this paper.Finally,The impact test of plate rubber bearing is designed and conducted:Based on the test results,this paper organizes,analyzes and formulates the test data,studies and summarizes the dynamic performance of the laminated rubber bearings under impact:(1)The trends of the force sensors at the same position under different impact forces are basically the same,with only differences in size.It indicates that the impact force has a small impact on the impact response of the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings;(2)Not all impacts are transmitted to the lower part through laminated rubber bearings.The laminated rubber bearings will radiate part of the impact force to the surrounding area,which will cause short-term,variable frequency,strong but gradually decreasing vibration around the support;(3)Under the impact,the bottom force of the laminated rubber bearings only shows a peak at the impact point,that is,when the impact,the impact force is transmitted to the bottom sensor.But the bottom sensor data farther from the impact point has multiple higher values besides the peak value.It shows that most of the force of the laminated rubber bearings near the impact point will act on the impact object;(4)The acceleration increases linearly with the increase of the impact height.For every 0.1m rise,the acceleration increases by 3-4 m/s2.The force transmitted to the bottom by the impact load decreases with the increase of the impact force.(5)Under the impact,the maximum force transmitted to the bottom is about 16% of the impact force.Because the laminated rubber bearings will dissipate the impact energy through its own vibration and rebound iron ball under the impact;(6)Under the impact,the farther from the impact point,the lower the bottom force.Within 100 mm from the center of impact,the bottom force decreases at the highest rate;from 100 mm to 200 mm,the rate of decline tends to be gentle;after 200 mm,the bottom force basically returns to zero.Combined with the Origin software to numerically fit the impact distance and the bottom force,the force distribution of the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings under the impact was obtained;(7)The force sensor directly below the impact point can best reflect the energy consumption of the plate rubber support,and a function fitting is performed on the sensor data;(8)Combining the conclusions(5),(6),and(7),it can be obtained that after clarifying the magnitude and position of the impact force,the specific force value and distribution at the bottom of the laminated rubber bearings can be known.Conclusion: Finally,the relative dynamic performance of the plate rubber bearing under the impact is obtained.These performance parameters have high theoretical and practical value for the plate rubber bearing in practical engineering applications...
