| With the gradual improvement of offshore development and utilization rate,the construction amount of offshore structures is ever increasing,on the demand for its safety and stability performance are also higher and higher.The horizontal displacement of piles is greatly affected by the lateral loads of wind,current,wave and earthquake.Therefore,through the research traditional offshore high-rise platform pile group,the properties of bearing level,merits and demerits are summarized and analyzed.according to existing problems of large displacement of high pile under horizontal load due to the low permeability and weak bearing capacity of marine muddy soil and soft clay,an improved foundation model of high pile with rubber capsule is proposed.When the horizontal displacement of the pile body occurs,the vacuum negative pressure generated by mutual suction and pull between the soil and the rubber capsule support plate is transformed into the lateral restraint of the pile body by using the tightness between the soil and the rubber capsule support plate,so as to decrease the pile body lateral shift and improve its the properties of bearing level.At the same time,the pile lateral shift formula and the characteristic value formula properties of bearing level are derived by using the elastic theory method,and verified by ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the model of rubber capsule pile with branches and plates,its horizontal mechanical characteristics are analyzed.On the basis of the reaction method of elastic foundation,the horizontal displacement formula of rubber capsule branch pile is derived by using the force balance of element.The main factors affecting the horizontal displacement of rubber capsule branch pile are analyzed by substituting numerical calculation method.(2)Through ABAQUS finite element simulation of muddy clay,the influence of different horizontal load,different pile diameter,different branch disc buried depth and different outer radius on the horizontal displacement of rubber capsule branch pile is analyzed,and the curve between the position of pile body and horizontal displacement of pile body under all levels of load is drawn,and compared with the straight pile.Showed that: the pile body lateral shift let up with the growth outer radius of the capsule branch plate and the shallower the buried depth.As growth horizontal load on the pile top and the decrease of the pile diameter,the pile body lateral shift growth.Compared with the large diameter solid pile,the height of the reverse horizontal displacement of the rubber capsule branch pile decreases,and the lateral restraint effect on the pile body is obvious.(3)This article,ABAQUS fem simulate means is applied to the influence of the exposed length of the large diameter pipe pile,the size of the rubber capsule branch plate and the buried depth soil on the lateral load-carrying behaviour of the large diameter pipe pile in soft clay.The pile topcurve between the lateral shift and the lateral load-carrying behaviour,the curve between the piles moment and the pile body position are drawn,which are compared with the straight pile.Based on the simulation results,the characteristic value formula of horizontal bearing capacity given in the code is modified to make it suitable for large diameter pipe pile.On this basis,the formula of characteristic value of horizontal bearing capacity of rubber capsule branch pile is derived.Showed that the shorter the exposed length of the pile is,the higher the lateral load-carrying behaviour of the rubber capsule supports dsic pile.In the wake of increase of the size and depth of the rubber capsule branch plate pile,the horizontal bearing capacity first decreases,then increases and then decreases.Compared with the large diameter pipe pile,the reverse horizontal displacement and reverse bending moment position of the rubber capsule branch pile are reduced,and the horizontal bearing capacity is more stable. |
