In family education,parent-child companionship is very important for children's healthy growth.For children,parent-child companionship plays a key role in developing good cognitive abilities and behavioral habits.At present,relying on the rapid development of Internet communication technology,video chatting on smart phones is the main way for left-behind families in cities and towns and new rural areas to accompany their parents in different places.Although face-to-face video communication functionality and convenience,make the left-behind children and their parents in different places to communicate,more frequent than ever before,and emotional expression,but most of the psychological development of left-behind children is still not the immediate attention and guidance of their parents,easy to cause the unhealthy growth of the left-behind children psychology and behavior,parent-child relationship alienation phenomenon is increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to provide emotional care for left-behind children,help them establish a good parent-child relationship with their parents,and build high-quality parent-child companionship services for left-behind children.On the basis of literature research,the author puts forward the assumption of parent-child companionship service for left-behind children.Taking H town of Jiaocheng district as the specific research area,the left-behind children and their parents in the primary school of the regional center are the main service recipients,and caring volunteers such as community workers are the service providers.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of left-behind children and their stakeholders in this region,the psychological needs and pain points of users at each contact point of receiving services were analyzed and studied.This paper attempts to reintegrate the existing social resources in this area and use social forces to help left-behind children and their parents establish an equal and interesting companion service plan and design scheme.It aims to help parents understand the psychology and parent-child companionship of left-behind children in a timely and comprehensive way,and provide them with a new experience of long-distance companionship service.This makes the long-distance parent-child companionship of left-behind families no longer limited to a single network communication mode relying onmobile media video function,thus effectively promoting the establishment of a new parent-child relationship between left-behind children and their parents.Finally,summarize and reflect on the whole process and results of service design intervention,so as to confirm the implementation effect of service design scheme in parent-child companionship of left-behind children in the region.
