With the rapid development of rail transit,people pay more and more attention to the safe and stable operation and maintenance management of rail transit.The auxiliary inverter is an indispensable important electrical component on the rail transit trains,which provides stable power for the train AC load and is the core system of auxiliary power supply.It not only provides power for the train lighting,air conditioning,ventilator and other equipment,but also relates to the comfort of rail transit.The failure of the auxiliary inverter will not only directly affect the normal operation of the train's AC load,but even cause the train to fail to operate normally.The fault diagnosis of the auxiliary inverter is the basis of the fault diagnosis of the entire auxiliary inverter power supply system.In this paper,the monitoring of the auxiliary inverter and the open circuit fault of the power tube are studied.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the structure and working principle of the auxiliary inverter system are studied,the causes of the inverter power tube failure and the impact on the auxiliary inverter system are analyzed,and the necessity of real-time monitoring of the auxiliary inverter is proposed.On the basis of theoretical study,a set of Auxiliary Inverter Monitoring and diagnosis analysis system is designed by combining software and hardware to complete the function of data acquisition,analysis and diagnosis functions of auxiliary inverter.By studying the working principle of SPWM modulation auxiliary inverter,MATLAB / Simulink tool is used to build auxiliary inverter model of rail transit train.The simulation model is used to simulate the working state of the auxiliary inverter,and the feasibility of the simulation model is verified through the experiments.Finally,by learning the basic principles of the EEMD algorithm,fault eigenvector is extracted by the method of EEMD energy moment feature extraction.Based on the principle of PNN neural network,PSO-PNN is used to classify the extracted fault feature data to realize the identification of inverter circuit fault and verify the validity of the diagnosis method.
