| Company S,as a domestic enterprise born from a provincial material recovery company,has a development history of nearly forty years.It has not only made a great contribution to the recovery and recycling of resources in city Y,but also accumulated in the market competition.With certain advantages,it has developed a competitive business ability,and has a considerable share in the scrapped car recycling market in city Y.With the introduction of the "Measures for the Management of the Recycling of Scrap Motor Vehicles" and the significant changes in the market for the recycling and disassembly of used motor vehicles and the competitive environment,S Company can accurately grasp strategic opportunities,actively promote the optimization and upgrade of the recycling and disassembly business processes,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.It is important to adapt to the increasingly fierce industry competition as soon as possible.However,S Company still has some problems in the current business development.Therefore,using the scientific guidance and practical experience of site selection planning theory,process optimization theory,resource regeneration,circular economy,and industrial upgrading-related theories,we explore the disassembly and recovery of S Company.The business optimization plan is of practical significance.In the writing process of this article,by combing the recent research status of the scrap car recycling industry at home and abroad,and conducting a questionnaire survey on the company’s business situation and development direction,it was found that the company’s original business site and business production line could not meet the new clean production standards,The "five major assemblies" have insufficient dismantling and recycling capabilities,and insufficient innovation capabilities for developing online business using Internet technologies.And analyze its internal and external reasons.Based on this,this paper proposes a business optimization plan for S company,including re-planning the car dismantling production line,realizing business process reengineering,improving the pollution control capacity during the dismantling process,and smoothing the line.Design content such as scrapping business channels.In order to ensure the practicability of the optimization plan,this article proposes guarantee measures for the optimization plan of the company’s car recycling and dismantling business starting from adjusting the organizational structure,increasing the emphasis of leadership,improving employee management,and strengthening the construction of enterprise systems.Through the research in this article,I hope to achieve the sustainable development of S company and provide a certain reference for the business optimization of other recycling enterprises.The next research direction of this thesis is how to continue to deepen the upgrade and reform of S Company ’s car recycling and dismantling business in accordance with the spirit and requirements of Central Provinces and cities for promoting the reform of the scrap car recycling industry.Continue to maintain the company’s own competitive advantage. |
