Compressor is the core component of the refrigerator and air conditioner,the shell needs to open whether it is for maintenance,remanufacturing or the recovery of copper,iron,aluminum and other materials.At present,the majority of enterprises in the recycling of household appliances recycling industry still use the original manual dismantling of which the efficiency is very low.Destructive dismantling of the compressor internal parts can only be recycled in raw materials,can not be remanufactured and reused,causing a serious waste of resources.Based on the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province "Qiushi Project" support,this paper focused on the intelligent disassembling method and disassembling equipment for compressor of refrigeration.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing and comparing the existing domestic and foreign methods of compressor dismantling,aiming at the characteristics of the irregular shape of the cross-section of the household electrical appliance compressor,this paper put forward a kind of intelligent disassembling method and designed a correspondingly dissemble equipment.The position of the circumferential weld in the height direction was determined by the intelligent image recognition technology,controlling the cutting tool to find the cut-in point automatically.The laser range finder was used to control the tool to follow the girth of the welding seam in the circumferential direction of the compressor,so as to realize the intelligent and automatic disassembly of various types of compressors,and to ensure the constant cutting depth.(2)Based on the ANSYS Workbench simulation software,the finite element analysis of the spindle of the dismantling equipment was carried out,and the 3D model of the spindle was constructed.The static performance of the spindle was analyzed,and the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the spindle were studied.The modal analysis of the main shaft was carried out under the actual boundary conditions,and the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained.The possibility of the existence of resonance was determined by the first order critical speed.The optimization design of the spindle support span was carried out with the support span as the variable and the bending rigidity as the objective.(3)This paper analyzed the stress of the compressor in the dismantling process,and designed the feed servo systems of the intelligent disassembling equipment in detail,including the linear feed transmission mechanism and the rotary feed transmission mechanism.According to the size of the load,the ball screw nut pair and servo motor in the linear feed mechanism,and worm drive pair and servo motor in rotary feed mechanism were calculated and selected.(4)The three-dimensional solid model of the components of the compressor intelligent dismantling equipment was established by using Solidworks software,and the virtual assembly was completed.The rationality of layout design of disassembly equipment was determined by interference inspection and clearance verification.The movement simulation of the compressor's actual disassembly process was realized,which laid the foundation for the prototype manufacture of the disassembly equipment.In this paper,the research and development of compressor intelligent dismantling equipment was not only suitable for the compressor production enterprises and repair industry,but also suitable for the compressor dismantling and recycling industry.It can realize the high efficiency,intelligence,automatic and batch dismantling of the compressors.It can not only significantly improve the level of the maintenance and recycling of the household appliances,but also greatly improve the labor productivity,make full use of the existing resources,and promote the healthy development of the household electrical appliance industry.
