Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Scrap Auto Recycling And Dismantling Industry In China

Nowadays,the development of economy and the improvement of public life constantly stimulate the consumption demand of the people.As a more convenient means of transportation,the automobile is more and more favored by the consumer.Along with the continuous growth of the vehicle population,the amount of vehicle scrap presents a rising trend year by year.Under the dual pressures of resource shortage and environmental pollution,a large number of scrap cars constitute a threat to the resources,environment and ecology.Dismantling scrapped automobiles recycling industry as an emerging industry in China not only can solve many problems about end-of-life vehicles,but also has important implications for constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Scrap automobile recycling and dismantling industry in china is still in the initial stage,the development of the industry will be restricted by many questions,such as recycling the supervision system is not perfect,market disorder,formal channels recovery rate low,etc.The author has conducted the reasons of these problems.Analyzed from the subjective aspect,people do not understand the industry in the initial stages of the industry and the complex of automobiles formalities to a large degree can blow the enthusiasm of people.Analyzed from the objective aspect,regulatory lag,development’s regional disparity and economic situation changes of domestic and international are also the important reasons influence the development of the industry.Based on the above problems,this paper focuses on the research and puts forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the development of the industry.Mainly including the following aspects,first of all,the perfect infrastructure is the premise of the development to the industry.According to the existing standards and industry standard of infrastructure requirements,the industry infrastructure requirements are clearly proposed in this paper,it could provide some reference for the construction of infrastructure industry.Secondly,this paper puts forward the construction of the management information system,the introduction of specific trends can grasp the information tracking system scrap car recycling and dismantling enterprises,the management information system not only can increase the convenience of operation but also improve the decomposition efficiency.Thirdly,this paper optimizes the scrap car recycling and dismantling network system which provides the clearly responsibility of industry participants and ensures mutual supervision between the participants.Finally,the author puts forward a set of the incentive and restraint mechanism,such as intensifying the punishment of illegal dismantling and creating a multi-level way of subsidies,etc.
